1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on mamak44, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

4 Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information in all required fields.
• Promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

5 Terms of Use

6 Deposits & Payments

The Platform supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate real-money fund deposits. Supported methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• A minimum deposit of RM30 applies unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Maximum single deposit limits may apply depending on the chosen payment method.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following general conditions:

• The Account must have completed all required KYC verification steps before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. mamak44 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active Bonus Funds must have their applicable Wagering Requirements fully satisfied before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.
• Processing times for approved withdrawals are typically within 24–48 hours on business days, subject to security review.
• mamak44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time.

mamak44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of a formal investigation.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

mamak44 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards and limited-time seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) on qualifying games before withdrawal eligibility is established. For example, an RM100 bonus with a 10x requirement requires RM1,000 in qualifying bets.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, roulette and blackjack may contribute 10–20%.

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Depositing, transferring or using funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or loopholes in game mechanics for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of coordinated behaviour designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any commercial or professional gambling purpose without prior written consent from mamak44.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling restrictions, self-exclusion orders or account limits through the use of alternative accounts or identity details.
• Introducing or distributing malicious software, interfering with Platform infrastructure or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any mamak44 system.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the mamak44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of mamak44 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without express written consent from mamak44.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software component of the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mamak44 expressly excludes liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from:

• Technical interruptions, server downtime, software errors or connectivity failures beyond mamak44's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Loss of expected profits, bonus funds, winnings or promotional credits due to Account suspension or termination for breach of these Terms.
• Decisions you make based on information published on the Platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal or gambling advice.

Where applicable law does not permit exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of certain types of liability, such exclusions and limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted in that jurisdiction.

12 Termination & Suspension

mamak44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• The Account has been used in connection with money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.
• The User is under the age of 21 or otherwise ineligible to hold an Account under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Continued Account operation poses an unacceptable risk to the Platform's integrity, other users or mamak44's regulatory standing.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia are subject to Malaysian law to the extent applicable to their individual circumstances.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mamak44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided through Platform notifications or by email to registered Account holders where feasible.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
